ROTARY SUMMER FELLOWSHIP 2007
Opportunity in Norway
In a continued celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the founding of Rotary International,
the Rotary Club of North Bethesda announces a Summer Fellowship for the summer of 2007.

The Fellowship, which is co-sponsored by the Vestheim Rotary Club in Oslo, Norway, and
arranged in cooperation with the International Summer School at The University of Oslo,
covers all expenses for travel to and from Norway, tuition, fees, housing and pocket money.

The International Summer School, which is attended by approximately 500 students from
approximately 90 countries around the word every summer, lasts for about six weeks and offers a wide choice of courses ranging from topics like Norwegian history and society to Energy planning and International Community issues. The School also includes various enrichment components and weekend excursions. It starts in the last week of 07 and ends in the last week of August 07.
Students are housed in a student residence located in a park-like setting.

With the approval of the student’s home institution, academic credits earned in
the Summer School program are transferable.
